For the second time in a fortnight I have had an email from Engie asking me to subscribe and be selected along with half a million others to the refund of a month’s cost of electricity. Upon checking on their official site there is nothing mentioned about this and I would have thought it would be on there as people are getting more and more savvy about out of the blue emails. Has anyone received these emails recently? I have binned them both just in case, not worth giving info out as they would already have it but subscribing to something rings bells for me.
The offer seems legit but it is for a week not a month. The email itself may be phishing thou.

Here’s the Engie website with the correct link to their offer… you must inscribe before 24th September… and only the first 500 000 will be lucky

Thanks for the info all. Can’t be bothered for just a few euros in case they start bombarding me with mail or calls to take out eg solar panels etc. I already told them I had no EV nor likely to so they stopped asking me that question every time I went on my page to check consummation etc
