Hello everyone,
I hope it’s okay to post this message in the group, if not, please delete.
I would like to introduce myself and share information about my professional practice opening in April. I am a French-Irish Psychologist already working in community mental health, and I am opening my own practice on Wednesdays in the Motte-Picquet Grenelle neighborhood.
My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented. I am trained in CBT, Schema Therapy, and Lifespan Integration Therapy (LI-ICV).
I offer an open and inclusive space, attentive to individual differences, where you can express yourself freely without having to justify yourself or have clear answers. Together, we work to understand the patterns you find yourself in and build tools to help you step out of them. My aim is that what we explore doesn’t remain confined to our sessions, but supports real and sustainable change in your life.
Before turning to clinical psychology, I pursued an academic background in cognitive sciences. I studied for a BA in Philosophy at the University of Cambridge and a MSc in Cognitive Science at the University of Edinburgh, followed by a PhD in Ethics and Information Science. This background informs my clinical thinking and my dedication to helping others.
Sessions are available in English and French, in person or online.
Address: 116 Boulevard de Grenelle, 75015 Paris
Website: PSYCHOTHERAPY IN ENGLISH – Continuum Therapies

If you feel curious about my practice or would like to see if we’re the right fit to work together, feel free to reach out for a short call.
Thank you !
Fiona
