I am curious about Portugal. No idea where. Main criteria, weather and good cycling, health care and dog friendly.
Me too but have to wait for retirement! 10 years no impôts for foreign pensionners who move there to live, otehrwise M6 et al have done reportages which demonstrate that it isn't much cheaper than France. Language would be our problem (or at least to kick off with) but weather is a big consideration and great for cycling although as long as it's dry I don't mind winter training club runs in as long as it doesn't get below 5 degrees.
