Muting someone isn’t a crime and it doesn’t make you a villain Vero. People do it for good reason and shouldn’t feel guilty about it. Are you sure about this? A bit disproportionate? It definitely doesn’t make us better off without you - for sure!

Stay Vero, I don’t mind my account being removed and give permission to whomever is in charge to do that. You are clearly adored on here and I’d hate to think a few of my posts on a hot lazy day have driven you away. best wishes. John

I don’t think that’s necessary either. Here, we mostly get along but, unavoidably (or not), some of us just rub each other up the wrong way and it’s up to us to deal with it.
I use the ignore function often, sometimes for a short period, sometimes indefinitely and I’m sure I’m also on a few ignore lists but that’s just how make sure it’s a place where we all get along.

Have come to this rather late having been engrossed in the lesser drama of Argentina v Egypt.
Vero, as lots have already posted, SF would be a lot more impoverished without you, so please have a rethink and continue to enlighten and amuse us.
And as for feeling bad about blocking people, I’ve blocked several over the years, but can’t even remember their names, so I wouldn’t let that bother you too much.

Vero, you are too nice a person to leave us so don’t go, please don’t go. I’m among the host of people on this site who take notice of your advice - it’s given with good heart and from a very wise person. It would be a very sad day if you were to leave us. I sincerely hope and pray that you will reconsider and stay with us, your friends.

I have said my piece on the lounge forum as that is where I have only just got the news. I can only add that I am certain that I am your biggest fan and will be personally bereft if I don’t hear from you again. I remember a PM from you not so long ago when you offered help if I needed it. I didn’t but that did not detract from the kind thought and I will never forget it. So please, just this once, change your mind.
