Is that car an Austin A40?

For the US, Trump has to go, but the Democrats are useless. Who knows what three more years of him flailing around making one stupid decision after another will bring. I still have a big grievance with Starmer licking his bottom, including the Windsor jaunt, for SFA in return.

No, the Austin America had the slushbox (an 8 quart, common sump one). The MGB had a proper gearbox- and Dunlop wires.
Ahh, the 1300. My first real girlfriendâs mother had a white 1300 GT. They were just a Mini engine and gearbox. Not sure how the auto coped with engine oil, but there you are

Starmer isnât the real problem, Labour currently just donât have the answers so ditching him wonât solve anything. The best you can hope for is an epiphany of some sort over the next four years and they produce sound policies to start to fix the raft of problems facing the country.
Re-joining the Single Market is not happening in my lifetime let alone yours (no offence) so youâll have to think of something more realistic to wish for.

Despite wittering on about growth for years now, nobody in any party, any Government department nor any academic institution has come up with a plan. Meanwhile thereâs +/- 4% just sitting there for the taking.
IMHO, if Starmer had any courage and any integrity his message should be the truth. Brexit was a massive mistake, Farage and the Tories took us there (I know Corbyn wasnât a âcommittedâ and very visible remainer). If you want more Farage, good luck to you, but in the meantime Labour is going to try and repair the damage and negotiate swift access to the Single Market (and that wonât be easy).
I follow American politics very closely. Bondi and Noem are a couple of airhead Trump transplants from dog knows where. They are scared to death to go against Diaper Don, hence, their lips are planted firmly on the orange moronâs bum. Ugh! America is rapidly becoming the new Nazi Germany, according to my many US friends. Not all of them are Democrats either.
