The Midi-Pyrenees is the largest region in France and is the size of the Netherlands! It has some fantastic places to visit and stunning scenery. There is just so much to choose from.
I love being up in the mountains, winter or summer, it doesn't matter. In the summer, it is great to go and sit in a street cafe in the old spa town of Bagneres de Luchon. Its also a great ski resort so is busy in the winter as well.
