Flying to UK from Limoges mid May to mid Sept - forget it

I thought it was a system fault, a wedding to get to in the UK on 23rd May, RyanAir say sold out... there and back until september! Skyscanner comes up with nothing less than 800€


Other routes are possible'ish but only ' weeks ago, with only 3 weeks notice I booked Limoges to East Midlands 68€ return.


School holidays I guess

I did manage Ryanair 150€ return for 2 limoges to east midlands in mid May in the end. Easy jet Bordeaux to Gatwick was a possibility for about 200€

June - Ryanair Dublin to Carcassonne for 1 adult 2 kids for 4 days return 750euro

July - Ryanair Carcassonne - Cork for 2 adults one week return 535euros (I have a wedding to go to also)

So much for cheap Ryanair, so much for Irish company. The same flights to Stansted are a fifth of the price

I can get to west coast of USA for less than either :-(

Yes half term in UK ......Daughter tried to book return Stanstead to Gerona Spain weeks ago ....could only get a single has to return Perpigan /Stanstead.....they need to Stagger UK school holidays just like they do in France....
