May be a tad cynical, but I don’t really care about some failed “driver” that’s already got a £million from F1. Bunch of extremely rich idiots playing Scaletrix.
Haven’t watched it in 3-4 seasons. After the debacle, I lost interest.
Hate to admit it but even I found last year boring… It was clear Verstappen would win, and watching to see who’d get 2nd and 3rd doesn’t have the same appeal.
Hopefully the smarmy Christian Horner will be distracted by the ongoing misconduct investigation into him, and this will have a knock-on effect across the Red Bull team.
We can but hope
The distinct possibility of Red Bull losing their car designer Adrian Newey, may be to Ferrari, will be the big blow. Having been the brains behind so many other teams that had enduring success in the past (bar Mercedes) he would be a great loss.
Apparently Newey has ruled out Ferrari because he doesn’t want to relocate to Maranello, according to articles I’ve seen online. It’s supposedly down to McLaren and Aston Martin.
Shame, as I would have loved to see Hamilton driving a Newey-designed Ferrari.
Newey has said as much (re being in a team with Hamilton ) and maybe that’s where the Ferrari suggestion came from. Ferrari would offer more (money) but seems Newey is driven more by the challenge and I think he may have enough.
I’d love to see a computer simulaion of the final creation if Colin Chapman and Adrian Newey colanorated…and add in Patrick Head as their pencil sharpener
