Seems a straightforward case of banning an item which exceeds French/EU mobile phone power limits - though the piece does start in a rather alarmist way.
Since the rules are very clear - I am surprised that any company makes and tries to sell stuff which does not comply.
Glad the “inspectors” are on their toes.
Frankly, any reporting which might persuade folk NOT to have a phone glued to their ear 24 hours a day (especially when driving) cannot be all bad…
