I keep seeing ads saying you can have a car port covered with solar PV panels up to 100% subsidised by the state. Does anyone know if this is valid or just another scam?
I was intending to build one to cover my van, so it would be right handy if it was true.

Not at all. It is a legitimate government scheme.which is not to say that there are ‘t some shysters trying to take advantage of it, and you.

We got our last car with a prime energie that wasrather nice.
Is that really a Gov website or am I signing up for endless rubbish emails? I can’t see why the grants (if any) for an arbris roof would be any different from a house roof?

Yeah they’re using Let’s Encrypt as the Certificate Authority issuing server… They issue free SSL certs for people who don’t want to buy them. The downside is they’re only valid for 3 months, so great for bloggers but too inconvenient for many businesses.
The French government are definitely not using Let’s Encrypt 
I stand corrected! But Ma Prime renov does still exist, and fir substantial sums for eligible works and people.
I had a scam email yesterday saying I had to register for a formation if I wished to get government aide. It was an official French government looking paper with the the red white and blue logo etc but when I scrolled down, at the bottom it came up Lets Encrypt and then also in the mailing address. At my age I knew it was not genuine but it was cleverly worded.
