Freely TV and VPN

Have you considered buying your own outright rather than renting? After a year, you’d be quids in.

to be honest we have tried lots of vpm software’s, nord, hide my arss and more about 8, you had to keep changing the ip address location and it kept cutting out.
with renting it no issues.

The best one is called Scottevest though a bit pricey. My tip is buy a couple of sizes larger. Was very useful when I commuted to the UK for work every week and only needed 1 cabinsize pullalong

hi badger, you just connect the vpn router to your orange box via ethernet cable.

you can then connect to your orange box or your uk ip address, there is no issues with either conection.

we brought our equipment here: Brittany satellites they were very helpful, as i am not very techy.

Well thanks everybody for your input and advice. I’m now up and running with a freely box. Bought in the UK for £89, my niece brought it over, my son put NordVPN SmartDNS on it, and it all works except ITV, but ITVX does work, so we can watch ITV on that. Thanks again.

Just brought mine back from the UK and plugged it in and it works fine just like yours, also with the exception of ITV from the guide. Picture quality seems very good.

Hi Hairbear, is your Freely box still working? On mine I now only have BBC, the commercial channels stopped working after a couple of weeks. We changed the Smart DNS provider and the same thing happened, all ok for about two weeks and then just BBC.
