We have bought a new camping car, complete with a sat dish. To start with it worked ok, now we can only get channel 4. It’s set to Astra 28 SO. The sat dish tuner is a Alden and the freesat box is a Manhattan.
Is anyone here that’s an expert on these matters, who could offer advise, I’m out of my depth.
Have you moved the camping car since the system worked, how big is the dish and where (roughly) are you currently located?
I got details from Manhattan and reconfigured the Freesat box, up came some channels. I feel the rest of the problem is the size of the dish, does anyone know if you can fit a larger dish on the auto unit?
