French documents/paperwork... returning to UK so how much and how long to keep?

Hi


I will soon be returning to the UK so I am trying to drastically prune down my French paperwork files. Does anybody know how long I need to keep things like tax returns, business opening/closing paperwork, URSSAF and RSI/RAM demands, electricity/water/telephone bills, bank statements??


I'd prefer to just put the whole lot on the bonfire but that's probably not prudent!!
