Thinking of getting a French eSIM to make life easier. I have an iPhone so it’s the only option (afaik) if I want to keep my UK SIM.
Does anyone have any recommendations? Looking online seems to find options for holidays, whereas I’m looking for a permanent solution.
Move your UK number to the Vyke app (www.vyke.com) , and cancel your UK contract. Then your sim in your phone can be dedicated to any French mobile operator. Vyke will keep your UK number safe and forward you all your calls and messages to your phone for those who still call on your UK number. It is PAYG if you make calls. Cost 17 euros/year. You can port the number out of Vyke should you wish. 17euros/year probably much cheaper than your current UK contract

My Samsung 10 can use two sims, so I have a Vodafone sim and Reglo (€4.95pm) , both will work in both countries. I can set a default sim by contact.
Are you sure your iPhone will not do the same?
