Excellent advice so far ! I am not proud of my French skills, but one thing I look forward to in this series is to see how correct pronunciation is dealt with. I had 3 years of evening classes under my belt before finally moving here and at least had a good idea of how to say the words I knew. I have met so many Brits who have been here for eons but make a hash of pronouncing even the place names in their area and the supermarkets they go to. So simple to correct !
