I presume he is looking at Tim’s Leeds United badge. So no, not the wrong thread.
A British second home owner in our village has 3 dogs and 2 cats with French issued passports. No problems so far and I would imagine the instruction to vets, to desist from issuing passports to non-residents, wont have any retrospective effects. But who knows? Bloody brexit again.
Made me think though, have these dogs learned to bark fluently, to level B2, in French? i.e. Ouaf not woof?
