If the Telegraph is saying that it’s a ploy to mobilise Conservative voters, to ensure that those who presume that the result is a foregone conclusion so don’t bother to vote actually turn out on the day.
Boris on Radio 4 this morning did nothing to help his party’s prospects. His name calling was more akin to a Primary School playground than a senior political politician.
