Probably. 
Most porn is not illegal, but anything with under 18 year olds is. As is other more extreme stuff. France may be France, but it is slowly and surely curbing exploitation of minors.

I would prefer to use my account as any series or film I am watching will start where I left off. Also when finished will not keep telling me I am only at episode 3 of 8.
Hi @SuePJ - I would suggest to make a TV available and let them watch via their own subscription. Using your own subscription as @John_Scully points out risks them buying some expensive movies or slightly more dodgy films, all under your name !!
