hi all, this has probably been answered but as always, rules change. We are looking at renting our Gite out through airbnb, so what do i need to do legaly, do I become a micro entreprenaur? What are the tax rules, do i need to register at the marie, do i need to be inspected. And yes i have looked on tinter webby thing and am now confused, so ask the people who have been there and done that. Please dont tell me that ooo too many gites out their no one coming to France cos they cannot get past dover. Dont care just want to let an empty building on an irregular basis.
