Gite wanted

I realise that it's very short notice but my daughter and family are looking for a gite from 2nd August for a week to 10 days (flexible). To sleep 4/5 two boys aged 16 and girl 21, very careful clean and tidy family. Anywhere in the Dordogne/Charente but preferably within 30/40 minutes of the Montpon/Mussidan/Riberac/Ste Foy area but flexible. They would like a pool or near to a lake/river.

I have a house three bedrooms two bathrooms in a small hamlet called bord near Saint Rabier in the Perigord Noir which may be available. Sorry it doesnt have a pool but there are places to swim quite close. I am not sure if its available but if you are interested I can find out for you.
