Many thanks to Nibbler Dibbler from French Dining School for this recipe which is simply delicious and easy for those summer parties!

GRILLED LANGOUSTINES WITH GARLIC BUTTER

serves 10

Ingredients

50/60 Langoustines

200g of butter

1 lemon

6 cloves of garlic

bunch of parsley

bunch of chives

bunch of dill

salt & pepper

Method

Make garlic butter mixing all the herbs, garlic and lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Use scissors to cut and remove the top shell of each langoustine tail. Line a large oven pan with baking foil. Place the langoustines closely together in the pan on top of the foil. Add salt and pepper to the tails.

Cover the langoustine tails with the garlic butter and grill in a very hot oven (250 degrees) for 8 minutes.

Serve with bread (to dip) and half a lemon per plate.

Any chilled white wine is recommended with this dish.
