Guilt-free Jam?

I’m just back from InterMarché following a spot of shopping. I try to ‘religiously’ buy only items on my list but I spotted a pot of jam and decided to try it.
What caught my eye was the “Sans Sucres Ajoutés” on the label. The maker is Gerblé.
It says that, per 100g it has 14g of Glucides, of which 3.2g is sugar, which I thought was low.
It also says it contains just 73kcal per 100g.
It says they use Maltitol in the ingredients, so I’m unsure if such a product would be safe for diabetics but still might be of interest to someone who is watching the calories?
I bought the strawberry jam, they also do an apricot jam.

Maltitol should be used sparingly by diabetics as it still raises blood sugar.

If you have IBS or other gut issues yoy might want to avoid it as even a small amount can trigger symptoms.
