Legally they have to now!
More than a month I think since the last gastronomic report and I have to tell you that the bookroom has bottomed out. 
The champagne is still there but at the moment I am most of the way through the plastic rose. You’d think it would taste absolutely awful after the delights I have been experiencing but it isn’t half bad somewhat to my surprise.
So what do I do now, actually buy some more or open the champagne outside where the ‘pop’ won’t be noticed? 
However, tomorrow we are delivering a Boxer dog called Oslo to his new family at a rdv near La Reole. They are French, so I wonder if they are feeling grateful and generous. 
And, yesterday I discovered a little bag of nut embedded chocolate medallions. It didn’t last long I must confess and at the moment I have beside me another one. It is marked Maison Taillefer, Chocolat Mendiant, Lait et Noir. Also a little panel with the motif Chocolat Pur Buerre de Cacao.
Half of this 2nd bag seems to have magically and inexplicably disappeared. I think I’d better put it back with the books for a while.
