When we purchased our house in 2012 there was only one room to finish. This spring we asked permission for 2 new windows and as we did not hear from the Marie the windows were installed. We have now received an H1 form to complete. The room now includes a shower room and bedroom. Since the structure has not changed do we still have to complete the form or can we just send a letter to state that. Your help is appreciated!
I would complete the form, as you are relying on the information provided by the previous owner being correct.
