Has anyone used Selectra to set up utilities? They have excellent reviews and were extremely helpful at the beginning of February in ensuring that there was an electricity supply in the house we were visiting and installing a LINKY while we were there. However, when my son phoned them to query something last week they change our electricity provider from EDF to Total Spring without authorisation.
Quite good but be careful there English can be hard to understand
I have had two bad experiences with this company. I have suffered verbal abuse from their staff and been blamed for not providing the correct information that they requested. I was asked to borrow a friends French mobile number to set up an account and when I said I couldn’t they were extremely rude. Don’t go anywhere near this company please!
