Saw him many times, fantastic album and probably my favourite of all time as there was not a bad track on it 
His over the top acting in The Rocky Horror Show was just great, Jim Steinman last year now Meatloaf

Twas a rhetorical answer to the covid speculation. Family haven’t confirmed as you say
I also saw him many times - each time an exhilarating experience. I’ll miss him
I’ll always remember his cameo role as the mountain in the Sound of Music.

Yes, this is being reported today - infinitely more sad if this was a preventable death.
Which can be a complication.
Though from what I recall his health was not that great anyway.
Correlation doesnt prove causation, it doesn’t change anything he wasn’t well before the pandemic.

I was gutted, great talent etc., then found out he died of Covid unvaccinated and antivax which, as an influential public figure, makes him a total disgrace. Another famous Darwin Award I guess.
