I would start by signing on with an agency Solomon. And then take it from there.
At the organisation where I work, many of the staff employ cleaners in their homes. But obviously it’s a job that requires a lot of trust. So people only ever employ cleaners based on personal recommendations.
Until you build up relationships with people who can recommend you by word of mouth, try an agency.
