Would that provoke a moonlight flit though? I’d be looking to see what assets the company has and taking steps to grab them, if this was in the UK. But I don’t know if procedure is similar in France, and I suspect there are no assets anyway.
Jennifer11’s suggestion of going on their social media and other social media they may use in countries to get students, is really good. But could provoke a moonlight flit too.
Just an add on from someone who had years of legal stuff to deal with, ALL correspondence in France has to be in French so that no mistakes can be made which can happen in a foreign language, if it got to a TGI ruling, then maybe an official stamped translation might be used but its not very often and everything has to be forwarded to the other party via LRAR, ordinary stamped post is not accepted by a judge as it has no value and no proof it was sent and received. It’s important the OP keeps every scrap of evidence they can get too.

If you didn’t follow through on the whole link her PhD came from a “university” in the USA. Ben Goldacre obtained a the same qualification from there, but not for himself as he has a perfectly good one already. He got the degree for his pet cat Hettie. In fact, Hettie got the qualification after she was dead.
It is several years old now, but Goldacre’s book “Bad Science” is a great read. It deals with the (no longer a doctor) Andrew Wakefield debacle, and other topics. Goldacre has also published on Big Pharma and about how to correctly run drug trials.
Anyway that is a bit of a diversion from the thread, so I’ll stop there.
@KarenLot yes I have followed every step I can but I didn’t get any help from anyone, so my family also start to think that I have been scan or fraud by this sh*t Aura University.
People have tried to explain how careful you have to be with paperwork in France. There’s a particular way to do things and everything must be in French. If you didn’t follow the exact procedures, that could be why you didn’t get help.
Have you looked at all the threads here on Aura International? I thought one person my have mentioned people getting refunds eventually; how they did that could be useful to you.
If anyone is currently in Lyon, France, could you please help me get some information about Aura International School of Management in Lyon?
I have tried searching online, but I don’t fully trust the information available on the internet. If someone is living in or near Lyon, could you please visit the school or check the situation in person and help me verify some information?

@Porridge there are more than 80+ student international who have been scammed I want to take down that sh*t university I am just teeling you that this kind of things is happening on the other side of the world just because you haven’t face this problem doesn’t mean other would not I’m just awareing about this problem in france who is scamming to the people I am just asking for help if anybody is there in lyon if they could help me

But you’re not helping because you aren’t answering questions on your other thread. We keep trying to find out exactly what you’ve sent in terms of paperwork and to whom, and you aren’t telling us. Without knowing that it’s impossible for us to know what you can do.

Start with why you decided on this school… What due diligence did you do on the organisation.
How much were the fees and how were they paid to the school..
Then why you were unable to take up you place…
Then how you applied for a refund…
Then action by action what you have done to recover your fees…
SF is mostly frequented by UK/Irish and US posters and mostly are retirees who never had experience of the French education system and we are therefore only giving help from a national point of view i.e, Repression des Fraudes, Conso and other consumer bodies. This posting is really of no interest to most of us and is becoming tiresome in repeating itself. Sorry, but I feel as most likely many other contributors that we have given you our best advice, it is upto you and your fellow students to deal with your problems in person. Good luck with it anyway but fear you have all been scammed and may have to forgo any sort of recompense.
I agree Shiba. Much as I hate people being ripped off the idea of anybody wandering down to Aura HQ based on the scant information that has been provided here is ludicrous.
He (they) need to put a logical, detailed case together otherwise they’re doomed to failure.
Spamming a forum about it is the way to lose any sympathy anyone might have for you.
The place seems to profess to have (video at 0-50) all of 600sq m of modern facilities. Take out the corridors, cafe, toilets, and admin offices…two or three classrooms? Using the word “campus” seems to be stretching it.
The current students talking on the video? Have they been there long? Or arrived a few weeks ago?
The publicity has lots of generic info about life for students in France, but little else.
If I was nearby I would take a swing by, I doubt I would find out anything useful, but probably have more curiosity that is sometimes good for me. I see no harm in anyone nearby having a quick look, but not doing a Roger Cooke and door-stepping anyone!
