You could try this one…it showed sales within the last 10 years in my hamlet and nearby town…

That link is fascinating, @George1 . It has the tiny bit of land we bought when the farmer sold the rest of the big field. No wonder they were happy with our offer, given how much they got for the rest of the land 
1/48th of the land for 1/8th of the price!!! (Actually we were more than happy with it since it was a really small amount of money for a very useful-to us- bit of land.)
