New Deadline 31 July 2023…
We went in to the impots place today at 8:30 am and there was a already a very long queue snaking outside into the carpark waiting to declare this new form. The staff person attending to the queue said that they were dreading Friday and expected 60 or more people to be there. I should add, except for us, all of those waiting were French… Good that they have extended the deadline.
We got an email reminder a week after having filled in the declaration at the same time as we filed our tax return, so clearly there’s some catching up going on even within the system.
