Presumably this (installing the Phone by Google app and setting it as the default phone app) gives Google all your phone data - calls made and received, duration, times …?
Interesting balance to be struck, if so, depending on your attitude to Google.

On my iPhone I just block all the robocalls I have had recently - all from Belgium. It’s a long list now but it they have gone quiet.
