How to join the chat?

I wanted to join the chat room just to say: <> but did not managed, how do you do it?

Thanks to everybody who told me how to do it.

I hope it does not oblige me now to chat I do not have a lot to say but I do like this site, it feels like freedom of speech after experiences on other site but then it was only an information site and no fun allowed.
