The online forms no longer valid as far as I know Prefecture no longer has anything to do with Driving licenses
David have you checked the ANTS online siteā¦ our Mairie has a computer for the public to use and, if the Secretaire has time, she does try to helpā¦ maybe like that local to you tooā¦
