They are even arresting tourists - there’s a Welsh woman who’s been held in a detention centre for two weeks (and will probably be deported back to the UK).
And yet they release that devil, Andrew Tate! 
He is an asset of the regime, rather than a useful target.
Yes Romania got leaned on. But I believe Tate is being investigated by police in Florida so unless Donnie gives him a Royal Pardon he’s not out of the woods yet.
ETA: I have an idea for the Orange Emperor: import tariffs on criminals. For all those countries that “treat America very badly” by sending them stuff that Americans decided to buy - slap a 25% longer sentence on any American criminal that’s imported from overseas.
