He is an asset of the regime, rather than a useful target.
Yes Romania got leaned on. But I believe Tate is being investigated by police in Florida so unless Donnie gives him a Royal Pardon he’s not out of the woods yet.
ETA: I have an idea for the Orange Emperor: import tariffs on criminals. For all those countries that “treat America very badly” by sending them stuff that Americans decided to buy - slap a 25% longer sentence on any American criminal that’s imported from overseas.
