you know at the market, or in the fish shop - where do they get the ice?


i'm a great researcher and i can't even find the equivalent google search in the uk... never mind the madness of the web in france


i have an idea and i need food grade crushed or shaved ice...


i know someone here will know!


(and yes, i could just ask, but it's sunday tomorrow and the next market here is tuesday)

Wherever there is a wholesale fish market there is an ice plant nearby.
