In order to generate some publicity for what we do here at Clos des Saveurs....AND to bring more tourism to the area I have invited a top London journalist.
He seems interested enough to concider a couple of days with us but I need to offer a specific
story line other than Irish boy turns chef and ventures from London and then to France to teach
people to cook.
I would love to make the concept a little more focused Not only a reason for him venturing here
but for the readers to be lured here to France for holidays and possibly re location.
