If you have an actual working relationship with a human that’s always a positive sign. These faceless e-services like Paypal and eBay and even Wise are great when everything is working but can be somewhat frustrating when the computer says no.

I have FINALLY been verified today after poking the online chat people for a fourth time but still trying to be polite. I guess they are all working from home in their jammies. Like me.
