Your wife needs to open an account with Ameli… take a look at the link below…
You can have an account too, if you have a Carte Vitale…
I used to get a paper statement about twice a year, which showed the amounts paid… and to whom

The online account is very useful, very well worth while signing up. Also allows you to message them which can be a good way of getting things sorted.
We have an Ameli account each, and Carte Vitale but I wasn’t sure if that would be the same as CPAM knowing how one department doesn’t communicate with the other.

CPAM is the “caisse primaire d’assurance maladie” and Ameli is just the name of internet site that it relates to. There isn’t an organisation called Ameli.
