Hello, I’ve just found this website and wondered if anyone knew if there is an English speaking helpline at SAUR Water? I’ can’t gain access to my account online & my French is not good enough to speak ‘techie’ on the phone.
We have a home in Martel, 46600Lot, Occitanie, we have a problem with our account & don’t know anyone here who can help us be understood! It’s my problem, I know & I’m desperately trying to improve my French but it is hard! If anyone can help I’d be so grateful!

I don’t know of any English speaking helpline for Saur Eau, but according to Trustpilot (507 reviews, all with 1 out of 5 stars ) you’re not the only one having problems.
Could you change to a different supplier?

Our SAUR account in 47 was quietly to Eau de Garonne without us knowing and that caused some fun as the monthly payments didn’t go through and I didn’t notice for a few months.
Hello, thank you for your help, but no it’s not possible to change companies as that would create more language issues and I can’t access my account at all so wouldn’t be able to change companies, but thank you anyway

Have you created an on-line account with SAUR?? and simply can’t remember how to get into it ???
As the chat bot waits patiently for your response, it is possible to converse using Google Translate on a phone to see what it’s saying and then formulate an answer or your next question.
