Absolutely, and to make matters worse in an interview given by the lady who was upskirted, she said she had spoken to same idiot to ask for his reasons and he answered that he did not know what upskirting meant!

I have to admit I didnât know what âupskirtingâ meant either until I saw an interview with the woman who started the campaign to have a law put into place, however having now seen several examples of the problem I feel ashamed to be a man.
