If you find it hard to get really good quality Italian delicatessen standard products, may I recommend www.esperya.com. They have the very best of Italy and deliver to your door here in France in stay-cool packaging. You can get proper artisan made pasta, risotto rice, salami and even cheese eg proper mozzarella, not the nasty stuff you buy in supermarkets but real, tasty, creamy cheese. There are wines and cakes, lovely preserved fruit and veg, exquisite tomato pastes and sauces...The delivery costs are quite dear but if you do a bulk buy, say once a year it's well worth it eg their risotto rice is half the price of similar rice on French speciality food websites.
They don't have flour unfortunately, but I've found Molino Spadoni Premium pasta flour on http://www.madeleinemarket.com/ at a reasonble (ish) price.
