But what a career he had
Saw him drawing the crowds at a pub bash in 1971 in Derbyshire.

I have it in my mind that he was also in the Travelling Wilberries, the so-called supergroup (well it was in my view) with other greats, but no mention of it on the radio this morning.
So is my memory faulty? 
Perhaps you’re thinking of Jeff Lynne… he was in TWilburys…
