Justicatif de pension

Hope someone can advise. I have been asked by my prospective mutuelle assurance to provide a justicatif de pension. I do not have a French pension, nor am I old enough to receive the UK state pension (yet!) but I do receive a pension from my previous employer, who happens to have been the UK government. Has anyone else been asked to provide such a document? And if so what did you do? Its quite important as with it I get a huge discount Euro500 off the first year’s mutuelle payments. Thanks in advance.

We both have UK Govt pensions and each year, the provider sends a notice detailing what you can expect to be paid in the next 12 months (usually sent in/around April).
I would send that notification to your mutuelle.
