Some good points Cat. As talkes in our earlier podcasts not a path to riches but if you have a property why not use? There will be lots of changes needed…for example the staircase with a missing handrail is ok for us but a no no for guests.
The first rentals you will always find a few things so good to be close if you can. Even if you dont go for a star rating worth googling and finding the star rating criteria for gites. It has a good list of what should be in a kitchen for example and if you check everything off you will avoid some issues…
