I’ve just had to reset my password for Le Shuttle.
I’m logged into the website on my PC, but when I try to log into the Le Shuttle app, it says “invalid password format.”
Any ideas?

They usually specify a format such as must contain both upper and lower case letters, a numeral and a non alphabetical character.
I agree and the last one I had to change needed to b e at least 12 characters long
But the password works fine, on my PC.
Tell them what a pile of steaming dung their app is ?
Seriously, though, it could be a cache problem within the app, if it stores some kind of hash for the old password, and the two hashes now don’t match.
I’ve got it sorted, but what a palaver.
Seems you do need at least one number, but only for the app. ![]()
Good to know, as I’ll be installing the app on my phone for an upcoming trip and will have a similar problem.
Sometimes they even tell you what the constraints are in advance, other times you need to figure it out for yourself after you get it wrong.
Possibly the worst is my pension provider which has applied password complexity rules to user names ![]()
Here you go:-
For a LeShuttle account password, you need at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
I’d also advise you to print out the booking ticket details, and not rely on the app, when you travel, because the app doesn’t always work, when you need it.
It’s also a lot quicker to show Customs the printed copy, rather than calling up the booking on the app.
I already do the printout thing, as there wasn’t an app available in the past, but it’s good to know that it is unreliable ![]()
I wonder if they’d accept l33th@kkr as a password ?
I tried using “mypenis” as the password, but it said it wasn’t long enough. ![]()
Not only is not reliable, but it’s slow to start up, especially when you’re on mobile BB.
You don’t want to annoy the drivers behind you, at Passport Control and/or Customs.
