anyone got any snow yet… or is it all rain, floods and gales… ???

Until last night, the Sancy massif had virtually no snow, or rather, there was, and it all melted. Woke up this morning to see a covering on the summits, but a check of the webcams showed that there’s probably still not enough at the resorts lower bases to warrant a true opening of the ski season. I hear things are better in the Alps.
My assistante this year comes from upstate NY, I hope she gets home for Christmas without too much disruption.
I wonder if that band was chosen for its musical abilities or its looks.
