Linky meter problems?

Well if they try to bill me for an appointment in relation to which THEY failed to show up, then I can assure you that they will be receiving a stiff letter written on a piece of cardboard !

Not a problem as such… more curious… having had Linky meters fitted in the commune over the past few months. … now Enedis have sent out letters advising us that someone will be coming “to read the meter” on 12th March… :crazy_face:

Is this standard ??? the letter talks about the “once a year visit to actually read the meter” :thinking: I thought the Linkys sent info back to the Supplier… :thinking:

Had our new Linky meter installed today - very efficient installation. The power was off for no more than a few minutes and the operative left an envelope with details of our old meter readings - the new meter set to zero and a booklet explaining it all.
No need to come in the house as the meter cabinet is on the boundary so all good. The old meter was only about 6 years old.
