Really shallow of me, I know, but does anyone know where I can find the boulangerie in Carcassonne which was featured on the Hairy Bikers' Bakeation? Got some friends coming who are big fans of the HBs, so thought it might be fun to stop off at the boulangerie where they learnt to make baguettes.

I have just stumbled on this thread, admittedly some 26 months late, but it still features prominently following an Google enquiry on “Hairy Bikers Carcassonne”.
The actual location of the Hairy Bikers’ Carcassonne masterclass in baguettes, was the Boulangerie Noez at Pont Rouge. This is at the entrance to the Cap Cinema/Intermarché ZA, just off the northern ring road, on the D118 to Mazamet. Our boulangerie of choice long before the HB's visited. They also have premises in the town centre at the junction of Rue de Verdun/Rue Antoine Armagnac quite close to Place Carnot - the town square.
Fantastosh! Thank you everyone, especially Annette who nailed it. Will report back on the delights when we manage to get there to sample them. La Bouriette is a zi I think but I'm sure I'll find it.

not much help I know...but what channel were they on? you can often find the programme info on line...worth a go...or contact whichever channel the prog was on!
