Hi, I have cancelled my Sosh internet account as I am selling my place in France. Unfortunately I have been locked out of my email and client area with Sosh and the web site is telling me I need to connect to my livebox to reactivate it. This I cannot do as my account is closed and I am not currently in France.
Does anyone have a contact email address for either Sosh or Orange. All the links to assistance require you to log into your client area which I cant do as I’m locked out of my account.
Ultimately I am looking for the address to send the Livebox back to. I was supposed to receive an email with a printed return label. I cant access my email so there lies the problem.
I know that’s what should happen. I was in France all last week but they wouldn’t send me a label in advance of the termination date which was today. I’m now back in the UK with no label and no access to any email or my client area.
All I need is the return address. I have the box here with me in the UK. No access to chat either as you have to logon first.

… is the address mine went back to. So that possibly answers your actual question although I don’t know if this is the only place they’re sent to. I’d be very careful though, make sure your customer number is both outside and inside the box so they can’t claim they have no record of it being received, the benefit of using their own Chronopost label is that it gives them a bit less wriggle room to try something.
Just to be clear for anyone else who may be leaving France and wanting to terminate their Sosh/Orange French landline, they won’t send the return label until just before the termination date? And they send it to the Sosh/Orange email address that was created when opening the account? (rather than, say, the email address used for billing, which in our case is completely different. I believe we have an Orange email address but we never use it).
And to be able to access these Sosh/Orange emails containing the return label, the livebox must not yet have been disconnected?
So the moral of the story is: make sure your landline termination date is before the date you actually plan to leave the property. So you have time to receive the label (while the box is still connected). What a pfaff (my autocorrect suggested “Piaf”).
It’s just occurred to me you’d need to have your printer handy, too
To print off the label.
So basically arrange things so that the removal guys come AFTER your landline termination date.
