Looking for long term rental of a house with minimum 3ha of land and shelter for horses. To keep costs down as the horse accom. is the most important, all I need is a habitable unmodernised house - would like a roof that doesn't leak as it does where I am now (3 showers in bathroom when it rains!) and a working bathroom - after that just not bothered.....or I can do paiement à terme as long as total sale price in region of 50000€.
Have had to move every 3 years last few years as houses rented keep being put up for sale - would prefer to stay in areas 16500 87330 and thereabouts if possible as it's hard restarting from scratch in new areas every 3 years.
